Welcome.US is a national initiative that mobilizes individuals, organizations, and communities to support people seeking refuge in the United States. Originally launched to welcome Afghan and Ukrainian newcomers, the effort has since expanded to help those fleeing conflict, violence, and persecution worldwide. By connecting everyday Americans with ways to sponsor, support, and stand alongside newcomers, Welcome.US makes it easier to turn compassion into action and help people start new lives with dignity and belonging.

Seize the Awkward is a national mental health campaign empowering young people to have open, honest conversations with their friends. Created by the Ad Council, the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, and The Jed Foundation, the campaign encourages teens and young adults to “seize” awkward moments and check in on the people they care about. Through bold, creative, cultural partnerships and practical tools, Seize the Awkward helps break down stigma and makes it easier to talk about mental health.
